This sale was fast and well prepared! All the basics were covered. Belinda Mercado put our cabin online for sale on 2/28 and had a buyer by 3/1. We moved our belongings out on 3/10 and the closing took place on 3/11. Paperwork was overnighted to us as a convenience. It all went so smoothly. Belinda was in constant contact with us kept us posted and up to date. She even got more money for us then we were willing to sell for! Belinda has gone out of her way to do an excellent job of representing us as sellers, not only has she guided us through how to sell my moms estate, but she also made many calls to known companies setting appointments, obtaining quotes, and over seeing the work that was required from the buyers to address issues in the house.
